摘　　要：依据QC/T 35-1992、QC/T 36-1992国家标准,研制了一种新型的汽车制动阀静特性自动测试系统.系统由工业控制计算机、数据采集卡、I/O处理卡、多路模拟量传感器、交流伺服系统、机械气压系统及专业测试软件等组成,是一个机电气一体化的计算机测试和控制系统.在介绍了系统工作原理的基础上,重点介绍了软件及硬件的架构方案和实施方法.实践证明,该系统极大地提高了测试的精度、可靠性及测试过程的自动化水平.This paper describes a PC controlled brake valve automatic testing system which uses industrial control computer and Advantech powerful date acquition card PCI-1710L, and chooses Advantech PCI-1730 as the I/O card, uses FUJI servo systrm as the transmission mechanism. The system monitor the brake valve＇s quality based on analyseing the static characteristics of the brake valve. The authors also introduce the principle and structure of the system, hardware and software design process. The system works well in practice.
