摘 要:为解决传统恒压系统伺服阀控制的低周疲劳试验机能耗大的问题,利用伺服电机的宽调速、响应快和扭矩大的特点,结合定量液压泵组成变转速泵控系统。该系统采用变频器驱动伺服电机,伺服电机按照指令输出变化的转速和扭矩,从而实现系统所需的流量和压力的变化,避免了溢流阀的溢流损失和伺服阀的节流损失,以实现节能的目的。给出了采用变转速泵控闭式回路控制差动缸的原理,建立了该系统的数学模型,进行了计算机数字仿真研究。结果表明,新设计的变转速泵控电液伺服控制系统可以实现四象限运行,满足材料的低周疲劳试验要求,同时可以实现显著的节能效果。研究工作的目的是从原理和性能上,探讨新型控制方案的可行性。In order to solve the large consumption of energy in conventional low cycle material testing machine, which employing constant pressure system of fixed-displacement pump and con- trolled by servo valve, use servo electric motor merit of wide speed regulation ,large torque and rapid response, together with fixed-displacement pump, a speed variable pump control system is composed. In the system converter drives servo electric motor, servo electric motor exports variable speed and torque according to the order, then gain variable pressure and flow, avoid the con- sumption of overflow and throttle, realize conservation of energy. In this paper, the principle of variable speed pump control hydraulic differential cylinder is designed, and the simulation model of system is built, and the simulation research is carried out. The result shows the new variable speed pump electric-hydraulic servo control system can run in four quadrant, meet the need of low cycle material test, realize energy conservation significantly. The purpose of research is to discuss the feasibility of new control scheme on principle and performance.
