摘 要:开发了一种新的、从熔盐中获得活性碳原子以制备碳薄膜的电解沉积方法,并在镍衬底上合成了碳薄膜.发现了碳酸盐离子的浓度是获得碳薄膜的一个重要因素,采用脉冲电解和适当减少碳酸盐离子浓度有利于获得活性碳原子、加速沉积涂层和提高涂层质量.在不同的衬底上的试验结果显示,适当的试验条件下碳膜能够在镍、铜、铁和钛衬底上用电解沉积方法获得.In present work, a new kind of electrolytic deposition method to make carbon atoms activated to obtain carbon film in molten salt was developed. An attempt of synthesizing carbon film on nickel substrate was first performed. It is found that carbonate ion concentration is one of the most important factors to obtain the carbon film. Pulse introducing in the electrolytic method and' decreasing carbonate ion concentration reasonably are useful to get the carbon atoms activated, to accelerate the growth of deposition coating and to improve its quality. The experimental results on various substrates indicated that carbon film can be synthesized on the substrate of nickel, copper, iron and titanium by electrolytic deposition method in molten salt under suitable experimental conditions.
