采用吻合血管腓骨移植修复邻近关节肿瘤性骨缺损的长期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨邻近关节肿瘤性骨缺损修复的长期效果。方法对邻近关节的骨肿瘤,在彻底切除的同时,采用吻合血管节段性腓骨移植予以修复。结果32例经术后5～10年,平均6.5年随访,移植腓骨满意地修复邻近关节的腔性骨缺损,其移植节段腓骨相互融合,使关节获得良好支撑性修复;其功能令人满意。结论切取有独立供血系统腓骨,进行节段性骨移植,具有取骨量小,支持力强,不易吸收,无疑是吻合血管腓骨移植的扩展,值得应用推广。Objective To explore the long- term effects of the method that how to repair knubbly bone defect hereabout joints. Methods We adopt fibula segment with anastomosing vas to repair knubbly bone defect, when ablating the bone turnout quite. Results The transplanted fibula repaired the empty bone defect hereabout joints satisfactorily, by 25 patients follow- up survey after their operations 5 - 10 years with average 6.5 years. And the fibula was coalesce already, and the joints were repaired well. The patients ＇function of joint was satisfactory. Conclusion Fibula segment transplantation have many merits with unaided blood supply fibula, example more little bone resect and more powerful support and not be absorb easily. This method is it＇s extend that fibula transplantation with anastomosing vas. And this method is to be worthy or popularize.
