摘  要:EGF、TGFα、HB-EGF和AR均属EGF家族,与同一受体EGFR结合。本试验应用免疫细胞化学方法对EGF、TGFα、HB-EGF、AR和EGFR在月经周期猕猴输卵管内的表达进行了研究。结果表明EGF、TGFα、HB-EGF、AR和EGFR主要在输卵管上皮细胞内表达,而在固有层、肌层及浆膜内的表达量较少。EGF、TGFα、HB-EGF、AR和EGFR在输卵管内的表达量随月经周期的不同时期而变化。EGF、TGFα、HB-EGF、AR和EGFR在增殖中期到分泌早期的输卵管内的表达量较高,在增殖早期及分泌晚期的表达量较低。EGF家族及其受体在猕猴输卵管内的表达可能受卵巢分泌的类固醇激素所调控,EGF可能在猕猴排卵及早期胚胎发育过程中起重要的调节作用。Epidermal growth factor (EGF),transforming growth factor-alpha (TGFα), heparin-binding EGF-like factor (HB-EGF) and amphiregulin (AR) bind to the same EGF receptor(EGFR) and belong to EGF family. This study was done to examine immunohistochemically the presence of EGF,TGFα,HB-EGF,AR and EGFR in the monkey oviduct during the menstrual cycle. Thc results showed that the oviduct epithelial cells were the primary site of immunoreactive EGF,TGFα,HB-EGF,AR and EGFR,which were present to a lesser extent in the stromal cells,smooth muscle cell layers and serosal tissue. The immunostaining for EGF,TGFα,HB-EGF, AR and EGFR was cycle-dependent, was considerably higher during mid proliferative to early secretory phases than during early proliferative and late secretory phases of the menstrual cycle. These results demonstrate that rhesus monkey oviduct contains immunoreactive proteins for EGF,TGFα,HB-EGF,AR and EGFR during the menstrual cycle. The cycle dependency suggests a potential regulation of their expression by ovarian steroids. The results imply the importance of EGF family in a variety of oviduct biochemical and physiological functions and possibly in early embryonic development.
