腹泻清对消化功能影响的药效研究

摘　　要：通过观察腹泻清冲剂对小白鼠胃肠运动的影响,测定大鼠胃液分泌量、胃液中总酸度、胃蛋白酶活性,制备蓖麻油、番泻叶所致的小鼠腹泻模型。探讨腹泻清冲剂对消化系统功能的影响。结果表明腹泻清冲剂可显著促进胃排空运动,抑制小肠推进运动,并拮抗新斯的明引起的胃肠运动亢进和吗啡引起的胃肠运动抑制;腹泻清冲剂能提高正常大鼠胃蛋白酶活性和胃液分泌量,但对胃总酸度无明显影响;能显著减少蓖麻油和番泻叶引起的小鼠腹泻次数和发生率。腹泻清冲剂对消化功能有显著的促进作用,并有较强的抗腹泻作用。Building mouse models of diarrhea by castor oil and senna,the effects of Fuxieqing Granules（FXQG） on function of digestive system was studied. Results ：FXQG could obviously promote the gastric emptying movement and inhibit the small intestine propulsion in mice and reduce the influence after hypodermic injection of neostigmine or morphine. FXQG could promote the activity of pepsin and increase the secretion of gastric juice ,but did not affect the content of acid. FXQG could obviously reduce the frequency or incidence of purging induced by castor or senna in mice. FXQG could obviously promote the digestive function. FXQG had a stronger antidiarrhea and antibacterial effects.
