摘 要:沙葱是一种旱生鳞茎草本植物,具有很高的光合速率。研究结果表明,大田栽培沙葱5月~8月中旬的日平均净光合速率分别为19.86、15.45、11.72和10.33μmolCO2·m^-2·s^-1,呈不断降低趋势。沙葱光补偿点为58.9μmol photons·m^-2·s^-1,喜光但有一定的耐荫性。CO2补偿点为158.2μL·L^-1,增加CO2能明显提高沙葱的光合速率。另外,刈割能明显提高沙葱的光合速率,但正常灌水周期外的补灌对提高沙葱光合速率无明显作用,其光合速率大小是多种因子作用的综合结果,与大气环境因子问的回归方程为Y=0.00378QNTM+0.0134CO2-0.663TA-0.274RH+0.466VPD+13.455(R^2=0.99)。Alliurn mongolicurn is a xeric and herbal bulbous plant with a very high photosynthetic rate. The results showed that the daily photosynthetic rate of A. mongolicum planted in the field was 19.86 μmol CO2·m^-2·s^-1 1 in the middle ten days of May,15.45 μmol CO2·m^-2·s^-1 in the middle ten days of June, 11.72#molCOz.m z . s l in the middle ten days of july and 10.33μmol CO2·m^-2·s^-1 in the middle ten days of August,tending to decline with time. The light compensation point of A. mongolicum is 58.9 μmol photons·m^-2·s^-1 and thus it loves light with certain shade-tolerating capacity. The CO2 compensation point of the plant is 158.2 μL·L^-1 and thus CO2 increase is capable of remarkably raising its photosynthetic rate. In addition, clipping was capable of remarkably raising the photosynthetic rate of A. mongolicum,but supplementary irrigation beyond the period of regular irrigation did not show remarkable increasing effect on the photosynthetic rate of A. mongolicurn ;the photosynthetic rate of A. mongolicurn depended on many factors and its regression equation with atmospheric factors was Y= 0.00378QNTM + 0. 013 4 CO2-0. 274RH+0. 466VPD+ 13. 455(R^2=0.99).
