中耳压力治疗梅尼埃病的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中耳压力治疗梅尼埃病的近期疗效。方法选择9例确诊为单侧梅尼埃病的患者,采用 Meniett 仪行中耳压力治疗,评估治疗前后之平均听阈变化及症状改善情况。随访时间为1～6个月。结果9例患者中的7例听力提高和眩晕改善,其中5例听力提高超过10 dB;2例无任何改善者均在治疗前曾行内淋巴囊减压术。结论中耳压力治疗梅尼埃病能一定程度提高听力并减轻眩晕;已行前庭手术者会影响中耳变压治疗的效果。Purpose To investigate the short-term efficacy of transtympanic pressure application in patients with Meniere＇s disease. Methods Nine patients with unilateral Meniere＇s disease were included in the present study, the improvement of symptoms and pure tone＇ threshold were evaluated after trastympanic pressure application with the Menitt device. The follow-up periold was 1-6 months. Results Seven out of nine patients showed decrease of pure tone threshold and improvement of vertigo, out of which five patients demonstrated a significant audiometric gain of more than 10 dB. Another two patients who had no improvements had undergone previous endolymphatic sac decompression. Conclusion The Menitt device was able to minimize vertigo and to improve heating for patient with Meniere＇ s disease by transtympanic pressure application. Previous vestibular surgical intervention may adversely influence the effect of the Meniett device.
