CCR3和CxCR4在变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜中的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨 CCR3和 CXCR4在变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜中的表达及分布,了解它们与变应性鼻炎之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学 SP 法及 HE 染色对32例变应性鼻炎患者下鼻甲黏膜(变应性鼻炎组)和25例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者下鼻甲黏膜(对照组)标本中的 CCR3及 CXCR4的表达进行检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 CCR3和 CXCR4主要表达在鼻黏膜上皮细胞和固有层内浸润的炎性细胞的细胞膜上。变应性鼻炎组 CCR3和 CXCR4的阳性细胞数均显著高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义。结论在变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜组织中存在 CCR3和 CXCR4的过度表达,与变应性鼻炎的关系密切,CCR3和Purpose To study the expression of CCR3 and CXCR4 in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.Methods The specimens from thirty-two patients with allergic rhinitis and twenty-five control subjects were studied by immunohistochemical method to detect CCR3 ＋ cell and CXCR4 ＋ cell. All data were analyzed with t-test.Results The number of CCR3 ＋ cells and CXCR4＋ cells in the nasal mucosa of patients with allergic rhinitis was significantly more than that in the controls（ P 〈 0.05 ）.Conclusion This study suggests that CCR3 and CXCR4 are overly expression in nasal mucosa of patients with allergic rhinitis, and the antagonist of CCR3 and CXCR4 may become a novel therapeutic approach of allergic rhinitis.
