摘　　要：针对杀菌剂开发中的室内生物测定,探讨了活体和离体的相互关系,生物测定类型的选择问题,同时从多角度阐述了杀菌剂生物测定的创新途径。Bioassay plays an important role during the process of discovering and developing new classes of fungicides. In this paper, traditional fungicidal bioassay was summarized, In addition, the fungicidal bioassay selection and its innovation way were also elaborated as two focal points. And the research herein was provided as the useful reference for fungicides discovery in China.
