摘　　要：徐州在实现全面小康的过程中,资源将会产生一些副作用。这些副作用需要及早解决,才不会妨碍小康后的经济发展。5个副作用会因某些资源处在发散性使用过程中出现。资源的再生性是经济良性循环的基础之一,我们应当及早对资源作补救工作。The resources will produce the some side-effects during realizing completely middle-class family of process in Xuzhou. The side-effects need to be solved early for the promotion of its development. The resources would appear five side-effects for the dissipating type in use prneesses. The reborn of the resources is one of the foundation of the economic virtuous cycle. We should repaire some concreted work for the resources and we will be successful.
