摘  要:利用多孔介质横向渗透率测量装置测量了多种复合材料液体模塑成型(LCM)工艺常用增强材料的横向渗透率。结果表明:注射压力对横向渗透率影响不大,随着纤维含量的增加,横向渗透率明显降低,同时,增强材料的织物结构不同,横向的渗透率亦明显不同,2种不同结构增强材料叠合在一起的铺层结构的横向渗透率主要取决于渗透率较小增强材料的横向渗透率。将方格布按15°和30°角剪切后,横向渗透率随剪切角增加而降低。Some reinforcements are commonly used in liquid composite molding; the purpose of the study was to use a welldesigned device to measure these reinforcements transverse permeability. The experimental results showed that transverse permeability wouldn' t change .so much with injection pressure, and decreased evidently as the volume of fibers increased. As well as, transverse permeability of different structure reinforcement often differs from each other. If superpose two different fabrics together, the whole permeability mainly lied on the fabrics whose permeability was smaller. When woven fabrics were sheared, the transverse permeability decreased with the shear angle increasing from 15°to 30°.
