摘 要:目的探讨颈椎退变对终板倾斜角的影响及其临床意义。方法随机选取21~30岁正常人和51~60岁颈椎退变性疾病患者各40例,将其颈椎侧位X线片扫描至计算机,使用SigmaScanPro5软件测量C3~C7终板倾斜角,比较其差异。结果51~60岁颈椎退变性疾病患者的C3~C7上、下终板倾斜角均明显大于21~30岁正常人组,且差别显著(P<0.01)。结论C3~C7上、下终板倾斜角随颈椎退行性改变均明显增大。Objective To study the effect of cervical degeneration on the endplate gradient and to discuss its clinic significance. Methods Lateral X-ray films of cervical spine of 40 healthy persons with age from 21 to 30 years and 40 cases aged from 50 to 61 years, with cervical degenerative disease, were respectively scanned into computer and the endplate gradient of C3-C7 were measured with the program of SigmaScan Pro 5. The difference were compared. Results Both the upper endplate gradient and the lower of C3-C7 were bigger in the group of 51-60 years old than those of 21-30 years old. The difference was significant. Conclusion The endplate gradient of C3-C7 increases with the process of cervical degeneration.
