摘　　要：目的探讨心外管道Fontan手术方法治疗小儿复杂先天性心脏病的早期效果。方法9例复杂性先天性心脏病，男5例．女4例，年龄3～9岁。其中单心室5例，三尖瓣闭缩、右室双出口各2例。均在体外循环心脏不停跳下行心外管道Fontan手术。结果全组患儿无死亡，经皮血氧饱和度〉95％，无心律失常．但均有明显胸腔积液表现。Objective To evaluate the early results of Fontan procedure with extracardiac conduit on beating heart, Methods Nine patients （5 nmles and 4 females） age ranged from 3 to 9 years old. There were 5 children with single ventricle,2 children with tricuspid atresia, and 2 children with double outlet of right ventricle. They received Fontan procedure with extraeardiac conduit on beating heart. Resuits There were no early death, and no arrhythmia evidence. The oxygen saturation was obviously improved, But significant pleural effusion was performed in all patients. Conclusion Fontan procedure with extracardiac conduit has good early results for complex congenital heart diseases.
