摘  要:目的:综述促血管生成的生长因子作用机制及其在组织工程中的应用。资料来源:检索Pubmed数据库1990-01/2005-06有关血管生长因子在组织工程中应用的的文章,检索词“growth factor,tissue engineering,vascularization”,限定文章语言种类为English。同时检索万方数据1994-01/2005-04期间的相关文章,检索词″血管化,生长因子,组织工程″定文章语言种类为中文。,限资料选择:纳入标准:①随机对照实验,采用单盲,双盲或非盲法。②实验包含平行对照组。排除标准:重复性实验研究.资料提炼:共有86篇相关文章,排除重复或类似研究,39篇符合要求。资料综合:①促血管生长因子促进血管形成,可以加速血供,促进组织工程组织的存活。②通过生长因子控释系统及基因转染技术,促血管生长因子可用于促进组织工程组织血管化。结论:多种生长因子通过不同机制促进工程化组织血管化的发生,通过促血管生长因子重组蛋白的控释技术和基因转染技术将其应用于工程化组织,可有效促进工程化组织的血管化。OBJECTIVE:To review the mechanism and application of Promoting angionenesis growth factors in tissue engineering. DATA SOURCES: An on search of Pubmed database was undertaken by using the keywords of "growth factor, tissue engineering, vascularization" to identify the relevant articles about the usage of vascularization factor in tissue engineering, published in English from January 1990 to June 2005. Meanwhile, Wangfang database was scanned with computer to search relevant articles published from January 1994 to April 2005 with the same key words in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: After above search, relevant articles about the mechanism and application of growth factories in tissue engineeried tissue were selected. Inclusion criteria:①randomized controlled study with single-blind, double-blind or non-blind method; ②experiments including parallel control groups. Exclusion criteria: repetitive experimental study. DATA EXTRACTION: The eighty-six articles about mechanism and application of growth factories in tissue engineeried tissue were collected, and 39 of them were in accordance with the inclusion criteria, while the other 47 studies being excluded were all repetitive studies. DATA SYNTHESIS:①The promoting angiogenesis growth factories could accelerate vascularization, speed up blood supply and promote the tissue engineered tissue alive; ②The promoting angiogenesis growth factories could be used in tissue engineered tissue through control release system of growth factor and gene transfer technology. CONCLUSION:Different promoting angiogenesis growth factories accelerate vascularization of tissue-engineered tissue through different mechanism. The growth factories can be used in tissue-engineered tissue for accelerating vascularization by control release system and gene transfer technology, which is useful for the usage of tissue-engineered tissue.
