摘  要:目的:检索近年来国内外有关骨缺损治疗的研究内容,探讨骨缺损治疗方法的研究近况与其进展。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1980-01/2004-12相关骨缺损治疗方法的文献,检索词“bone defect,bone transplantation,growth factors and tissue engineering”,并限定文献语言种类为English。同时计算机检索CBM1998-01/2004-12相关骨缺损治疗方法方面的文献,检索词为“骨缺损,骨移植,生长因子,组织工程”,并限定语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取包括骨缺损治疗方法的文献,开始查找全文。纳入标准:骨缺损治疗的实验研究。排除标准:综述文献、重复研究、Meta分析类文章。资料提炼:共收集到45篇关于骨缺损治疗方法的文献,纳入17篇符合标准的文献。资料综合:骨缺损是临床上的常见病,也是骨科治疗的难题之一。目前,治疗骨缺损的方法有自体骨和异体骨移植、组织工程技术和基因治疗法及生长因子、物理治疗法的辅助治疗等。结论:骨缺损临床治疗方法已有许多突破,临床效果也较好,但仍有待进一步在实践中加以完善。OBJECTIVE: To review the advances in bone defect healing methods on the basis of the latest research of bone defect healing in recent years. DATA SOURCES: An online search of Medline database was undertaken to identify articles about the bone defect healing methods published in English between January 1980 and December 2004 by using the keywords of "bone defect, bone transplantation, growth factors, tissue engineering". Meanwhile, Chinese literatures about the bone defect healing methods published between January 1998 and December 2004 were collected from the CBM, the keywords were "bone defect, bone transplantation, growth factors, tissue engineering" in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: The literatures were checked firstly, and those including bone defect healing methods were selected and then the fulltexts were looked up. Inclusive criteria: experimental research on bone defect healing. Exclusive criteria: repeated study and Meta analytical pa- pers. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 45 papers about bone defect healing were collected and 17 papers accorded with the inclusive criteria. DATA SYNTHESIS: Bone defect is common in clinic and one of the most difficult problems in orthopaedics. Presently, most classical techniques are based on the transplantation including the use of autogenerous grafts and flaps, allograft bone, and bone tissue engineering productions. Furthermore, physical methods, growth factors and gene healing methods are applied for it. CONCLUSION: Up until now, so many experimental researches have been done to deal with bone defect disease. However, the deep research will be carried out.
