摘  要:目的探讨MCPR-1(mouse cleft palate relatedgene 1)基因在胚胎期小鼠腭突组织及出生后小鼠各脏器中的表达变化及意义。方法利用原位杂交技术检测RA诱导的实验组和正常组胚胎小鼠不同发育时期腭突组织中MCPR-1基因的表达。RT-PCR方法检测MCPR-1基因在出生1天、90天的小鼠7个脏器组织中的表达情况。结果MCPR-1基因仅在胚胎期实验组小鼠腭突组织中表达,出生后1天及成年小鼠的7个脏器中均无MCPR-1基因的转录产物。结论MCPR-1基因仅表达于胚胎发育时期维甲酸诱导后的小鼠腭突组织,正常发育的小鼠腭突及出生后小鼠各脏器组织中则不表达。Objective To evalucate the effects of MCPR-1 gene on embryonic palatal process of both control and experimental groups; and then to deteete continuously the expression pattern of the gene in other organs in the mice. Methods The expression of MCPR-1 gene in palatal process tissue during different embryonic stage was detected in both group RA and the normal group. Expression of MCPR -1 gene was also studied in seven organs in neonatal and adult mice. Results MCPR-1 gene was only expressed in palatal pocess of group RA during embryonic stage. No transcript band of MCPR-1 gene was detected in the seven organs tissue in the neonatal and adult mice. Conclusion MCPR-1 gene only expressed in embryonic palatal process tissue after induced by retinioic acid.
