摘 要:采用AZ91D镁合金为试验材料,以自行研制的转筒式半固态浆料制备装置(RBRM)为试验设备,研究半固态浆料稳态与瞬态流变情况下表观粘度的变化规律。结果表明:剪切速率、固相率和冷却速度对半固态浆料的表观粘度都有很大的影响。稳态流变情况下,低剪切速率随固相率的增加,其表观粘度增加的速度较高剪切速率时的快。瞬态流变情况下,随着冷却速率的增加,表观粘度明显增加,而且冷却速率越高,随着固相率的增加,表观粘度增加得越快。相同固相率和剪切速率情况下,稳态流变的表观粘度较瞬态流变的表观粘度要低。Variable law of apparent viscosity of semi-solid AZ91D slurry in steady and transient rheological state was studied by utilizing a newly self-developed rotating barrel semi-solid slurry preparation machine(RBRM). The results show that shearing rate,solid rate and cooling speed have great effects on apparent viscosity of semi-solid AZ91D slurry. In steady rheological aspect, with the increment of solid rate in lower shearing rate, apparent viscosity increases quicker than that in higher shearing rate. In transient rheological aspect, apparent viscosity increases more evident with the increment of cooling speed. As cooling speed is higher, apparent viscosity increases quickly with the increment of solid rate. At the same of solid rate and shearing rate, apparent viscosity in steady rheological state is lower than that in transient rheological state.
