摘 要:研究了压力铸造及变质处理对Al-Cu合金组织和性能的影响,同时考查了压射速度和浇注温度参数的影响,得出该合金材料压铸成形的最佳压射曲线和浇注温度范围。结果表明:和普通金属型铸造相比,压铸可细化合金的组织,改变金属间化合物的分布形态,提高合金铸态的综合力学性能;复合盐变质处理使得粗大的晶粒得到明显的细化,铸态的β相更弥散,针孔、缩松、热裂倾向有所减轻,力学性能得到提高;两阶段压射速度对AICu合金压铸件质量均有影响,最佳的压射速度为慢压射速度1.0m/s,快压射速度5.5m/s,对应的内浇口速度70~80m/s;适宜的浇注温度为730±5℃。In order to enlarge the application of high strength and high toughness aluminum alloy, the die cast characteristics of Al-Ou alloy was studied through the development of improving formation technology. The purpose is that this study could open up new applications for Al-Ou alloy. The effect of die cast and molten modification on microstructure and mechanical property of Al-Ou alloy was studied. The effect of shot velocity and pouring temperature was also investigated. The optimal shot velocity and pouring temperature were achieved. The results show that compared with permanent mold, die cast make a finer microstructure and change the distribution of inter-metallic compound, and enhance mechanical property; Modification treatment refine grain, make βphase more disperse and decrease hot crack and shrinkage. As two stage shot velocities have some effects on quality of die castings respectively, the optimal velocity is slow shot 1.0 m/s plus fast shot 5.5 m/s, the corresponding ingate velocity 70-80 m/s; The suitable pouring temperature is 730±5℃.
