摘 要:采用自行研制开发的新型转筒式流变成形设备,通过改变不同的制浆工艺参数,研究半固态组织中固相颗粒的形貌特点,并对形成半固态固相颗粒的机理和固相颗粒的三维形貌进行了探讨。研究结果表明,在相同剪切速率条件下,连续冷却条件制备的半固态颗粒的形貌要比恒温条件的好,颗粒的圆整度高、尺寸小且均匀。机械搅拌作用下标准半固态固相颗粒的三维形状初步断定主要是近似椭球形。The morphology of grain in semi-solid slurry and its forming mechanism as well as 3D geometry shape were approached by means of a new self-developed rotating barrel rheomolding equipment with different processing parameters. It is found that the grain morphology in semi-solid slurry under continuous cooling condition is superior to that under constant temperature condition with the same shearing rate, where the grain possesses higher spheroidization and smaller and more uniform size. Three-dimensional morphology of standard grain in semi-solid slurry prepared by mechanical stirring is approximately spheroidal from preliminary research.
