摘　　要：目的探讨彩超引导下射频治疗大隐静脉曲张术的价值。方法在射频治疗大隐静脉曲张的过程中,使用超声高频探头沿大隐静脉扫查,选定进针部位,在治疗过程中显示电极在大隐静脉腔内的走向,确定其股隐静脉瓣下的位置,明确注射0.25%利多卡因后大隐静脉闭合,观察治疗后有无血流信号。结果61例患者70条肢体均一次顺利完成手术。结论超声对此手术有指导定位,确定静脉腔闭合,实时明确效果的作用。Objective The value of radiofrequeney in operative treatment of great saphenous vein varieosis with the guidance of CDFI was discussed. Methods In the course of radiofrequeney treatment for great saphenous vein varicosis,high frequency probe ultrasound scan was performaed along the saphenous vein to select the point of puncture.During the treatment,the direction of electrode in the vein was displayed,the position of which below the saphenofemoral venous valve was fixed,the closure of saphenous vein after swolleng and anesthetic injection was confirmed and the venous blood signal after treatment could be observed.Results 61 patients（70 limbs）were treated successfully at the first time.Conclusions In the process of operation,ultrsound scan bad the advantages in fix-ing direction and orientation,confirmetion of the venous closure,and evaluation of operative effect at the real time.
