摘  要:目的:探讨肿胀抽吸加射频消融对家兔腹部毛囊的破坏以治疗腋臭的可行性及有效性,为临床提供理论依据。方法:采用单纯肿胀抽吸和肿胀抽吸加射频消融两种方法对10只家兔腹部毛囊的破坏进行比较。结果:肿胀抽吸法毛囊破坏率62.5%,而肿胀抽吸加射频消融法的毛囊破坏率为90.5%,经t检验P<0.01,两者有显著性差异;创面Ⅰ期愈合率肿胀抽吸组为100%,而肿胀抽吸加射频消融组为90%,经卡方检验P>0.05,两者无显著性差异。结论:采用肿胀抽吸加射频消融的手术方法治疗腋臭,方法可行,疗效可靠持久,并发症少。Objective To study feasibility and efficiency of the treatment underarm odor with the combination of swell pumping and frequency melting(CSF) by destroying the abdomen large sweat gland and therefore to provide theoretical evidence for the clinic. Methods By using the single swell pumping (SP) and CSF, we compared their destroying effects on the abdomen large sweat gland of 20 rabbits. Results The destroying rate in the SP group was significantly lower (P〈0.05) than that in CSF group, with 65% and 89%;whereas the injury surface healing up rates in the SP group and CSF group were insignificant (P〉0.05) different from each other, with 100% and 90%. Conclusion For the treatment of underarm odor,it is feasible and reliable to use CSF to destroy large sweat gland. In addition, this method can preserve the normal shape and function of axillary fossa.
