环状软骨板—椎体间距的影像解剖学观测及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨环状软骨板-椎体间距的正常值。方法:取60例(男、女各30例)成人无骨赘头颈部正中矢状断面标本,用游标卡尺测量环状软骨板至颈椎体的距离。随机选取60例(男、女各30例)在校正常大学生的头颈部侧位X线片进行环状软骨板-椎体间隙的X线测量。结果:尸体标本上环状软骨板与颈椎体之间的距离:环状软骨板上缘:男(6.66±0.81)mm,女(5.74±0.37)mm;环状软骨板中部:男(5.57±0.93)mm,女(4.64±0.61)mm;环状软骨板下缘:男(7.70±1.02)mm,女(6.71±0.76)mm;性别差异t=2.10￣5.64,P<0.05。在颈椎侧位X线片上环状软骨板与颈椎体之间的距离为:环状软骨板上缘:男(7.34±1.12)mm,女(6.78±1.01)mm;环状软骨板中部:男(6.28±1.160)mm,女(5.68±1.12)mm;环状软骨板下缘:男(8.32±1.00)mm,女(7.52±1.52)mm;性别差异t=2.07￣5.64,P<0.05。结论:环状软骨板中部与颈椎(C5或C6)间的距离最小。Objective： To measure the distance between the cricoid lamina and the body of cervical vertebrae and provide data for anthropologic study. Methods： The measurement of the distance between the cricoid lamina and the body of cervical vertebrae were taken on sixty adult median dissected cadavers＇ heads （males 30, females 30）, and on the X-ray film of sixty （males 30, females 30） college students on lateral position. All data were statisticed by SPSS software. Results： The distance between the cricoid lamina and the body of cervical vertebrae was about 6.66±0.81 mm, 5.57±0.93 mm and 7.70±1.02 mm in male and 5.74±0.37 mm, 4.64±0.61 mm and 6.71±0.76 mm in female on the superior, middle and inferior level of the cricoid lamina respectively for the cadaveric samples. It was about 7.34±1.12 mm, 6.28±1.16 mm, 8.32±1.00 mm in male and 6.78±1.01mm, 5.68±1.12 mm and 7.52±1.52 mm in female on X-ray films. There was sexual significance between male and female （t=2.07-5.64, P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The minimum distance between the cricoid lamina and the body of cervical vertebrae locates on the middle level of the cricoid lamina.
