摘 要:目的:以同一亲本来源的7株白念珠菌为对象,研究氟康唑对其菌丝相与酵母相抗菌活性的差异。方法:参照NCCLS M27-A方案,测定氟康唑对7株白念珠菌菌丝相与酵母相的MIC值,并比较其差异。结果:白念珠菌菌丝相与酵母相对氟康唑的敏感性不同,对菌丝相的MIC值低于酵母相。结论:氟康唑对白念珠菌菌丝相的抗菌活性强于酵母相。Objective: Compare the differences between hyphal form and yeast form of Candida albicans on antifungal susceptibilities to fluconazole. Methods: Seven C. albicans isolates from the same strain (CA- 9, CA- 11 and CA- 13~ CA - 17) were induced to form hyphal form. The antifungal susceptibilities to fluconazole of hyphal form and yeast form of C. albicans were compared according to NCCIS M27 - A. Results: Differences of antifungal susceptibihties to fluconazole between hyphal form and yeast form of C. albicans were found, MICs to fluconazole of hyphal form of C. albicans were lower than those of yeast form. Conclusion: There are differences on antifungal susceptbilites between hyphal form and yeast form of C. albicans, the antifugal activity of fluconazole to hyphal form C. albicans is higher than that of yeast form.
