摘 要:从简单的拉伸试验着手,研究了应变加载速率对PC/ABS高分子材料拉伸性能的影响,并对试验结果进行了详细分析。试验发现,屈服应力随加载速率的增加而缓慢地增加;断裂应力分散性较大,与加载速率没有明显的关系;试件厚度方向的收缩较宽度方向的收缩为大;残余塑性应变随加载速率的增加而增加,以断裂均匀塑性伸长的增加更为明显。文中应用塑性变形过程中分子链的滑动机制来解释试验现象。分析表明,在高分子材料的塑性变形过程中,这种分子链间的滑动、分子链的拉直和分子链的断裂过程起主导作用。The experimental investigation of the effect of loading rate on the tensile properties of PC/ABS and the analysis of the test results has been given in the paper. The test has been conducted with various cross head moving rate under displacement control. The results have been given out. Yield stresses slowly increase with the loading rate; fracture stresses have no relationship with the loading rate; the contraction in thickness direction is larger then that in width direction; the residual plastic strains increase with the loading rate. The micro mechanism analysis has been given briefly. It is shown that the sliding and breaking of the molecular chains might be the dominant roles during the plastic deformation of the polymer PC/ABS.
