摘 要:以部分中和的丙烯酸(AA)为单体,在聚乙烯醇(PVA)水溶液中共聚,由聚合液进行溶液纺丝制备高吸水纤维。DSC测试结果表明,PAA—AANa/PVA共混纤维具有两个Tg,均随热处理时间延长而升高。PVA/PAA—AANa纤维受热后发生化学交联的温度区间是130℃~230℃。TG测试表明,PAA—AANa/PVA共混体系内PAA—AANa与PVA侧基官能团间作用使PVA热稳定性增加。溶胀后初生纤维干凝胶的微观形貌显示出大量沿纤维轴向取向的层片,层间大量孔洞说明纤维曾经吸收过大量的水。In this paper PAA-AANa/PVA blend superabersorbent fibers were prepared by polymerization using part neutralized acrylic acid (AA) as monomer, potassium persulfate (K2S2O8) as initiater in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution then solution spinning. Tbe DSC test of the blend superabcrsorbent fibers indicated that there were two Tg and they increased while the heat treatment time of the fibers increased. There were physical crosslink and chemical erosslink in the fibers. Thechemical crosslink of the fibers acerued at 150℃~230℃. The test results of TG indicated PVA heat stabitily increased by blending with PAA-AANa. From the SEM photos of the dry gels frozen througb liquid nitrogen after absorbing water and then dried by cold trap we can observe a large quanlity of layers along the fiber axis and many large boles between the layers. It is the proof of the superabsorbent fibers had absorbed a lot of water.
