抗肿瘤新药康赛宁治疗多种癌症的临床研究

摘　　要：康赛宁治疗癌症病人929例。单用康赛宁治疗肺癌、消化系统癌、乳腺癌、鼻咽癌及膀胱痛分别有20.4％、33.3％、26.1％、33.3％及66.7％肿瘤灶部分缓解及不同程度肿瘤灶完全缓解。皮下、瘤内注射是使用康赛宁的两个主要途径,静脉点滴、穴位注射及膀胱灌注则是皮下、瘤内注射途径的补充。胸腔或腹腔注射康赛宁治疗恶性胸水及恶性腹水的有效率分别为91.0％及92.6％,是目前治疗恶性胸、腹水最有效方法之一。康赛宁的副反应主要有一过性发热及轻度局部红肿痛,联合化疗、放疗治疗肿瘤不但增强化疗/放疗的疗效,而且降低化疗、放疗对机体的毒性作用。故康赛宁是治疗癌症的一种安全、有效的药物。929 cases of malignant tumor patients treated with Kanserin were reported in the present paper. Among them, 167 lung carcinomas, 81 digestive system carcinomas, 23 breast carcinomas, 12 nasopharyngomas and 6 bladder carcinomas, which were administered with Kanserin hypodermically, intratumorally, intra-acupointly, intravenously and by bladder perfusion were observed, 20. 4%, 33. 3%, 26. 1%, 33. 3,% and 66. 7% of the tumor mass regression were found, respectively, and in some instance masses completely disappeared. 200 cases of patients with malignant hydrothorax and 27 cases of patients with malignant ascites, who were administered pltarally or peritoneally with Kanserin,were found 91. 0% and 92. 6% responsive,which is the best effect of drugs to treat the patients with malignant hydrothorax or malignant ascites in present day. Not only did Kanserin enhance the effect of chemotherapy or radiotherapy, but also reduced the toxicity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy to the patients, except for transient fever and slight local swelling in injected sites following the administration of the drug Kanserin. The results suggested that Kanserin is an effective new drug in the treatment of cancer.
