摘  要:康赛宁是一种用于肿瘤治疗的生物免疫调节剂,在培养10、14h时分别加入新鲜高pH的培养基,调节pH至6.5左右。此法可提高培养物的产量,且在试生产期间证明,对其活性有所提高。Kanserin,a specially treated and famed streptococcus,is a bioreactive as well as immunomodutative agent. In the present study,investigation had been made to the effects of the culture condition on the yield and activity of the bacterium. At time points of 10 hours and 14 hours after the bacterium was inocutated. Fresh cuhure medium with higher pH were added > respectively, and each time the whole culture medium of the pH were adjusted to 6. 5 around. The results showed that following the treatmenty the yield of the bacterium was increased and activity of it was enhanced.
