摘  要:目的:探讨直流电针刺激对神经损伤后自残及神经再生的影响。方法:40只大鼠随机等分为直流电针穴位刺激组(A组)和对照组(B组)。构建坐骨神经损伤模型后,A组给予电针穴位刺激,B组不作处理,观察并比较术后2组自残率、屈肌反射及标记细胞百分率。结果:术后21d A组右后足趾自残率低于B组,脊神经节和脊髓前角标记细胞百分率高于对照组(P均<0.001);A组右侧屈肌反射阈较左侧提高,B组刺激强度为(35±1)V时仍无屈肌反射。结论:电针穴位刺激能抑制神经损伤后自残并促进周围神经再生。Aim: To explore effect of electroacupuncture stimulation on autotomy and nerve regeneration after sciatic nerve lesion. Methods: A total of 40 rats were divided into electroacupuncture stimulation group (group A ) and control group (group B). Sciatic nerve lesion model was established. Autotomy rate,flexion reflex, and marker cell were observed. Results: At 21 days after operation,the autotomy rate in group A was lower and the percentage of marker cell was higher compared with group B ( P 〈 0. 001 ). In group A, the threshold of right flexion reflex was higher than that of left. In group B, when electroacupuncture stimulation was (35 ± 1 ) V, no flexion reflex was observed. Conclusion : The electroacupuncture stimulation can decrease the autotomy rate and prompt nerve regeneration after nerve leision.
