摘 要:目的:定量研究各年龄段婴儿(〈12个月)脑室CT测量的正常值。方法:利用CT轴面图像,测量120例婴儿的脑室系统的大小。参照吴恩惠法测量脑室,利用Hahn法测量脑室脑比VBR1,利用Mohr法测量VBR2。结果:据吴氏法,本组男女脑室相应均值之间差异无统计学意义,各组各年龄段之间各参数差异无统计学意义(P均〉0.05)。正常值范围:哈氏值3.05~5.83cm;脑室指数1.30~2.64;侧脑室体部指数2.66~4.86;侧脑室体部宽度指数2.49~4.4l;前角指数2.67~4.87;三脑室宽度0.79~6.31mm。据Hahn法,VBR1为0.17~0.33:据Mohr氏法,VBR2为0.05~0.21。结论:得到的脑室系统正常值为评价婴儿脑室大小提供了一项客观量化指标。Aim : To study the normal ventricular data by means of CT measurement of the Chinese infants. Methods: The ventricular size in 120 infants confirmed to be normal subjects was measured, and the data were dealt with SAS6.12 software packages. Results: According to the methods reported by Wu,the normal ranges of huckman index were 3.05 to 5.83 cm,ventricle index was 1.30 to 2.64, body index was 2.66 to 4.86, body width index was 2.49 to 4.41 , frontal horn index was 2.67 to 4.87, and the third ventricular width was 0.79 to 6.31 mm. According to the methods reported by Hahn and Mohr,VBR1 and VBR2 were 0.17 to 0.33 and 0.05 to 0.21, respectively. Conclusion : The data provided by this study is of value for evaluating the venteicular size of Chinese infant objectively and quantitatively.
