彩超与血管造影在兔并行带瓣双静脉自体移植术后检测价值比较  

Value Comparison of Color Doppler and Angiography in Study the Transplanted Vein after Surgery of Autogeneic Graft of Parallel Bi-Vein with Valves

摘　　要：目的比较彩超与血管造影在兔“并行带瓣双静脉自体移植”术后的检测价值。方法新西兰兔12只,手术切取其右侧颈内外静脉及颈总静脉,剖开颈内外静脉远心端对侧缘约0.3cm长,吻合成一共同通道,使之形成一条两端有共同通道,中间为双血管的并行带瓣双静脉,并将该静脉移植到该兔下腔静脉。术后1d、1周、2周、4周行彩色多普勒超声及血管造影检查,第4周检查完毕后处死兔子,观察其移植静脉形态及血栓形成情况,并将彩超检查结果与造影及解剖结果进行对比分析。结果术后各时间点彩超检查结果(包括血管管径、血流通畅情况、血栓形成情况)与血管造影及解剖结果完全相符。结论并行带瓣双静脉自体移植术后,无创性彩超检查可代替有创性血管造影,是术后随访检测的首选影像学检查法。Objective To compare the value of color Doppler and angiography in observing the diameter and blood flow of transplanted vein after surgery of autogeneic graft of parallel hi-vein with valves. Methods 12 New Zealand rabbits had undergone autogeneic graft of parallel bi-vein with valves by operation. The changes of the diameter and blood flow of transplanted vein were examined by color Doppler ultrasound and phlebography 1 d, 1 w, 2 w and 4 w after surgery. After examination at fourth w, the rabbits were killed and the transplanted vein was cut for pathologic study. We compared the results of color Doppler ultrasound, phlebography and pathology. Results The results of color Doppler ultrasound, including the diameter and unobstructed rate of transplanted vein, were the same with the results of phlebography and pathology at every point of examine. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound should be the first select method to observe the changes of diameter and blood flow of the transplanted vein after surgery of autogeneic graft of parallel hi-vein with valves.
