腋-腋动脉人工血管转流术后椎动脉血流动力学的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨椎动脉血流动力学改变对腋-腋动脉转流术后疗效判断的价值。方法利用彩色多普勒超声对19例腋-腋动脉转流术后患者的腋动脉、转流人工血管及椎动脉进行血管超声检查。结果2例腋-腋动脉转流术后患者出现患侧椎动脉潜在性逆流(2/19),5例出现患侧椎动脉不完全性逆流(5/19)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查对腋-腋动脉转流术后疗效判断具有较高价值。Objective To explore the value of the postoperative therapeutic effect of the axillo-axillary bypass by the haemodynamic changing of the vertebral artery. Methods The vascular ultrasound of the axillary artery, graft and vertebral artery was performed in 19 postoperative patients with the axillo-axillary bypass by color Doppler imaging （CDI） . Results The potential reverse current in the vertebral artery of unsound side can be seen in 2 postoperative patients with the axillo-axillary bypass （2/19） and the uncompelete reverse current in the vertebral artery of unsound side can be seen in 5 postoperative patients with the axillo-axillary bypass （5/19） . Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasonography can play a great role in evaluating the postoperative therapeutic effect of the axilloa-xillary bypass.
