摘  要:采用挤压铸造制备碳纤维增强ZL109复合材料,SEM观察预处理前后的碳纤维以及碳纤维预制件的形貌,金相显微镜观察纤维在复合材料中的分布。结果表明:预处理使碳纤维长径比满足制备合格预制件的要求,并有利于纤维在预制件中的均匀分散及预制件的成型;模压预制件纤维分布均匀,表面无团聚,碳纤维无氧化;挤压铸造制备的CF/ZL109复合材料中纤维在基体中分布均匀,并具有方向性。The appearance of carbon fibre before-and -after preheatment and carbon fibre preforms was observed by SEM (scanning electron microscope),and the distribution of the fibre in the carbon fibre reinforced ZL109 matrix composites prepared by squeezing casting was investigated by optical microscope.The results show that carbon fibre preheated can meet the requirements of preparation of qualified preform in length/diameter ratio,which assists in the uniform distribution of the fibre in the preform formed and formation of the preform.The fibre in the preform formed by squeezing casting is characterized by uniform distribution,non-aggregation on surface and oxidation free.The fibre is uniformly distributed in the ZL109 matrix of C_f/ZL109 composites prepared by squeezing casting,where the fibre possesses orientation.
