摘　　要：通过口腔刺激试验评价TLE,TLM2种新型医用钛合金对口腔粘膜的刺激作用。将金黄地鼠随机分为TLE,TLM,阳性对照组,阴性对照组4组,10只/组。缝合试样于颊囊,观察2周后作大体观察评价和组织学评价。结果:TLE组,TLM组,阴性对照组均未出现局部及全身的不良反应,组织学评价刺激指数为0,反应程度属于无刺激。2种新型钛合金在试验条件下对口腔粘膜无刺激。The aim of the study was to evaluate oral membrane irritating response to two new β-type Titanium alloys by Oral mucous membrane irritation test. The samples of TLE, TLM, positive contrast group and negative con irast group were fixed on the oral membrane of hamster＇s pouch （10/group）. After two weeks＇ local and systemic observation, the local oral membrane specimens were viewed under microscope. The results show that there were no local or systemic abnormal response to the two new β-type titanium alloys and that the histopathological findings were also normal. The two new β-type titanium alloys have no irritating response to oral,mucous membrane.
