摘  要:目的探讨葛根素对急性缺血性脑血管疾病患者脑血流动力学的影响及其作用机制。方法用CDFI观察31例急性缺血性脑血管疾病患者葛根素治疗前后ICA、VA的内径、Vp、R I、AT的改变,同期观察血浆ET、CGRP、TXB2、6-K-PGF1α的变化。结果治疗前后ICA、VA的内径、血浆ET、CGRP无显著性差别(P>0.05),ICA、VA的Vp、R I、AT及血浆TXB2、6-K-PGF1α差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葛根素能有效改善脑供血,其作用可能与调节TXB2/6-P-PGF1α平衡有关。Objective To evaluate the changes of encephalic haemodynamics in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease before and after puerarin treatment. Methods Puerarin injection were given in 31 cases of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease. The peak value of velocity (VP) ,resistance index ( RI), accelerate time (AT) of internal carotid artery (ICA) and vertebral artery (VA) were studied by color Doppler flow imaging( CDF1 ), and the levels of endothelin( ET), calcitonin gene related peptide( CGRP), Thromboxane B2 ( TXB2 ) ,6-keto-prostaglandin F1α( 6-K-PGF1α ) of the blood plasma were analyzed before and after the therapy. Results Between before and after therapy, there was no significance difference in the diameter of ICA and VA and the levels of ET and CGRP ( P 〉 0. 05 ), and there was significant difference in ICA , VP, RI, AT, and the levels of TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1α of the blood plasma ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Puerarin can efficiently improve the supply of brain blood flow by adjusting the balance between TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1α.
