摘 要:研究了Sb2O5和Bi2O3添加剂对Ag(Nb1-xTax)O3陶瓷材料的结构、形貌和介电性能的影响。结果表明:当Sb2O5和Bi2O3的质量分数较少(<2.5%)时,不会影响Ag(Nb1-xTax)O3的钙钛矿结构,但能促进其烧结,使所得陶瓷样品更均匀致密。添加适量的Sb2O5和Bi2O3均可使Ag(Nb1-xTax)O3的介电常数(ε)增大,介电损耗(tgδ)减小,介电性能的温度稳定性得到改善。Bi2O3较Sb2O5对降低Ag(Nb1-xTax)O3陶瓷损耗及改善温度稳定性的效果更佳。In order to synthesize Ag(Nb1-xTax)O3 ceramics with good dielectric properties effectively, effects of Sb2O5 and Bi2O3 doping on the crystal phase, microstructure and dielectric properties of Ag(Nb1-xTax)O3 ceramics were studied. The resuits show that small amounts of Sb2O5 and Bi2O3 doping (〈2.5%, in mass) can promote the sintering of Ag(Nb1-xTax)O3, but will not change its perovskite structure. And the sintered ceramics show a more uniform particle distribution and higher density. The dielectric constant (ε) of Ag(Nb1-xTax)O3 increases with the increasing of Sb2O5 and Bi2O3 amount. The proper amount of Sb2O5 and Bi2O3 can decrease the dissipation factor (tgδ) of Ag(Nb1-xTax)O3 and improve the temperature dependence of permittivity of Ag(Nb1-xTax)O3. The effect of Bi2O3 on the improvement of the dissipation factor and temperature dependence of permittivity for Ag(Nb1-xTax)O3 ceramic is better than that of Sb2O5.
