摘 要:以强化悬浮式分解炉(reinforcedsuspensionprecalciner,RSP)为研究对象,对气相采用重整化群(renormalizationgroup,RNG)kε双方程模型,对颗粒相采用随机颗粒轨道模型。考虑气固两相之间的耦合作用,采用二阶迎风差分和SIMPLE算法,对分解炉内的气固两相三维流场进行数值模拟,得到分解炉内的流场分布和颗粒运动轨迹,为分析分解炉内气固两相的运动规律提供有利信息。A numerical simulation of the gas-solid two-phase 3 dimension(3D) flow field in a reinforced suspension precalciner (RSP) is presented. The gas phase was expressed with the renormalization group k - ε two-equation model, and the particle phase was expressed with the particle stochastic trajectory model. The coupling interaction between the gas phase and particle phase was considered. Second order upwind difference and SIMPLE arithmetic were both applied in the experiments. The results predicte the flow field distribution and the particle trajectory in the RSP, which provides useful information for analyzing the kinetics regulation of the gas - solid two-phase in a precalciner.
