摘  要:初步研究了掺杂金属离子对水热法制备-αFe2O3纳米粒子的影响。当前驱物pH=3,掺Zn2+、Ni2+、Co2+、Cu2+离子时,产物形貌为菱形;掺Cr3+时产物形貌为椭球形;掺Al3+时,产物形貌及粒径大小基本不变。另外还考察了前驱物pH值及水热方式的影响,并用XRD、FT-IR、TEM等手段对产物进行了表征。Effect of doping metal ions on the preparation of α-Fe2O3 nano-particles by hydrothermal method was preliminary studied. It was found that the precursors pH = 3, when doping Zn^2+ , Ni^2+ , Co^2+ , Cu^2+. ions, the product particles were rhombohedral; when doping Cr^3+ , the product particles were elliptical; in contrast, when doping Al3^+ , there were almost no effects on the morphology and particle size of the product. In addition, the effects of pH values of the precursors and different hydrothermal conditions were also studied. The products were characterized by XRD, FT-lR, TEM methods.
