摘　　要：目的观察鼻内镜术在鼻窦真菌病诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法对17例鼻内镜术治疗的鼻窦真菌病患者进行回顾性分析。结果所有病例症状和体征与慢性鼻窦炎无明显特异性差别。而术前CT检查有特征性表现。鼻内镜手术治疗后随访1～4年．无1例复发。结论术前CT检查对诊断有重要价值。鼻内镜手术是理想的手术方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of nasal sinus mycosis. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 17 cases with nasal sinus mycosis treated by endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital. Results All these cases were seen with no significant specific differences in symptoms and signs with that of cases with common chronic sinusitis, while the specific morphological manifestation could be determined by CT scanning preoperatively performed among the patients with sinus mycosis. This group of cases was all treated by endoscopic sinus surgery, with no one reoccurred as determined by the end of following up period lasted for one to four years. Conclusions Preoperative CT scanning holds very significant diagnostic effect on nasal sinus mycosis and endoscopic sinus surgery is very effective for surgical treatment of this kind of lesion.
