中医药治疗耳鸣的随机对照临床试验文献分析

摘　　要：目的分析中医药治疗耳鸣的随机对照临床试验（Randomized Controlled Trials，RcTs）文献的质量。方法全面检索1984～2004年间中医药治疗耳鸣的RCT文献，参照Cochrane手册对其进行评价。结果共有分布于13种杂志上的16篇文献符合要求。出现8种诊断标准和7种疗效标准，9篇有基线比较．3篇提及随访情况．16篇文献均未采用盲法，也未提及不良反应和失访情况。结论中医药治疗耳鸣的临床试验文献质最有待提高。Objective To make a meta analysis oil the literatures reporting randomized controlled trials（RCTs） for tinnitus treated by herbal medicines. Methods Meta analysis was carried out to the literatures published in academic journals from 1984 to 2004 in this field, based on the principles reported in Cochrance Manual. Results Sixteen articles in accordance with the established standards were collected from 13 kinds of academic journals. In these papers, 8 kinds of diagnostic criteria and 7 kinds of therapeutic effect evaluating criteria were reported, with 9 discussed baseline comparison and 3 described the results got from following up, while none was carried out in a blind method as well as mentioned any side effects from these treating procedures and the number of cases lost in following up period. Conclusion It is suggested from this analysis that the clinical trials dealing with tinnitus treating procedures by herbal medicines have to be improve largely in their academic quality.
