摘 要:采用MgO和ZnO作为复合助熔剂,结合高温粘度、SEM、XRD等测试手段,研究MgO和ZnO引入比例对锂铝硅系(LAS)微晶玻璃熔制和性能的影响。w(MgO)/w(ZnO)的升高,促进了微晶玻璃析晶,增大热膨胀系数,降低可见光透过率。结果表明:MgO和ZnO最佳引入比为3∶1,此时微晶玻璃具有较高的强度(98 MPa)、非常低的热膨胀系数(0.769×10-7/K)和较理想的透过率(可见光内70%)。The influence of w(MgO)/w (ZnO) on the properties of LAS transparent glass-ceramic was studied by DTA, SEM ,XRD and viscosity test. It was found out that MgO and ZnO could improve the melting effect, MgO and ZnO accelerated the crystallization and crystal growing. During increasing the amount of w (MgO)/w (ZnO), the coefficient of linear expansion and mechanics properties was aggrandized. However, the transmittance of glass-eeramics was reduced. The results showed that the optimal w(MgO)/w(ZnO) was 3: 1. At the same time, glass-ceramic had a optimal properties.
