摘  要:用蒸发溶液法生长了一系列KNd_xLn_(1-x)P_4O_(12)晶体(其中Ln=La、Gd、Y),测定了所生长晶体的x射线衍射图,用计算机计算了它们的晶格常数。结果表明,随着La^(3+)的含量增加晶胞体积增大,而随着Gd^(2+)或Y^(3+)的含量增加晶胞体积减小。测定了KNd_xLn_(1-x)P_4O_(12)晶体的红外光谱、荧光光谱和荧光寿命。其荧光寿命随着Ln^(3+)离子浓度的增加而增加。A series of KNdxLn1-xP4O12 crystals were grown by the evaporation solution method. The x-ray diffraction patterns of KNdxLn1-xP4O12 were measured and their lattice parameters were computed by the computer. It is shown that the eell volume increased when the content of la^3+ ions in the crystal increased and it decreased while the content of Gd^3+ or Y^3+ ions increased. The infrared spectra, fluorescense spectra and lifetime of KNdx Ln1-x P4O12 were measured. Their fluoresence lifetime increased with increasing concentration of Ln^3+ ions.
