摘　　要：研制成功一种工业用高气压封闭循环二千瓦级连续CO_2激光器,采用多针对平板的电极结构,在气压为90～100托、混合气体比分为CO_2:N_2:He—1:7:20或1:8:20的条件下,在240根钨针阴极与铜板阳极之间形成稳定的辉光放电,其电流方向,气流方向和光轴方向相互之间彼此垂直。对这种激光器的放电特性、输出特性和长时间运转特性进行了研究,本文叙述这种激光器的总体方案、器件组成和工作特性。A high-pressure, sealed-cycle 2 kW CW CO2 laser with pin-to-plste discharge for industrial use has been developed. It uses a multipin-to-plate electrode structures. The stable glow discharge is produced between 240 pin cathodes and： a planar copper anode for 90-100 tort mixture of CO2：Na：He=1：7：20 or 1：8：20. In this discharge.current glow, gas glow and theoptical axis are muLually perpendicular. The discharge output power and long-term operation characteristics of the laser have been investigated. In this paper, the general plan,constitution and operation characteristics has been discribed for the laser.
