动物微生态制剂鸡肠源芽孢杆菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：试验菌种由宁夏固原山区完全自然生长的土种健康产蛋母鸡的盲肠和大肠中分离获得,共分离出8株革兰氏染色阳性杆菌菌株,对其进行菌落形态观察和描述,及革兰氏染色、芽孢染色和生理生化鉴定,确定4株为芽孢杆菌(Bacillys),其中3株为枯草芽孢杆菌(B．subtilis),1株为蜡状芽孢杆菌(B．cereus),各项鉴定结果均符合相对应的芽孢杆菌属和种的菌落形态,及革兰氏染色、芽孢染色特征和生理生化鉴定标准;另4株初步确定为不产芽孢的革兰氏阳性杆菌．The bacterial species were isolated from the large intestine and blind intestine of healthy local hens growing in the total natural environment in the mountain area of Guyuan, Ningxia. 8 Gram-positive bacilli were isolated, among which 4 were belongs to Bacillus, including 3 B. subtilis and 1 B. cereus. The identification results of 3 B. subtilis and 1 B. cereus were confirm to related identifying standards of colony morphology, features of Gram stain and spore stain, and physiological and biochemical identification. The other 4 were preliminarily confirmed as Gram-positive bacilli without spores.
