摘　　要：利用猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒核衣壳蛋白基因的原核表达产物,分别建立了检测猪繁殖与呼吸综合征抗体的间接ELISA方法及乳胶凝集试验．对200份血清样品分别应用建立的间接ELISA方法和乳胶凝集试验,及由 IDEXX公司生产的ELISA检测试剂盒进行抗体检测,结果显示,乳胶凝集试验及间接ELISA方法与IDEXX公司试剂盒相比,检出符合率分别达78％和91％．建立的乳胶凝集试验还需改进,而N蛋白-ELISA方法具有良好的特异性和敏感性,是一种有应用前景的检测方法．An indirect ELISA and latex agglutination test for antibody detection of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome were established by using recombinant nucleocapsid protein of Porcine reproductive and Respiratory syndrome virus. Two hundred serum samples were detected using the indirect ELISA, latex agglutination test and IDEXX ELISA kit, respectively. The results showed that detection agreement ratio arrived at 780%（rN-LAT）, 91% （rN-ELISA）. The results also indicated that rN-LAT should be improved, but rN-ELISA had good specificity and sensitivity, and will be a prospective detection method.
