钻井液用防塌润滑剂聚合醇JHG的合成及性能评价

摘　　要：根据阴离子聚合机理,合成了一种用作钻井液防塌润滑剂的聚合醇J HG,并对其进行了性能评价。实验结果表明,聚合醇J HG具有较好的润滑性、抑制性、抗高温老化性、抗盐性,并且与聚合物钻井液的配伍性良好,而且对聚合物钻井液的流变性具有高温稳定性和一定的高温降滤失作用。Based on anionic polymerization mechanism, a polymeric alcohol JHG used as anti-sloughing lubricant for drilling fluid is synthesized, and performance evaluation is made on it. Experimental result indicates that the polymeric alcohol has good lubricity, inhibition capacity, high temperature and aging resistance and good compatibility with drill fluid. For the rheologic property of drilling fluids, it has high temperature stability and filtration reduction effect.
