摘 要:分析了除雾原理后,针对除雾器的不同布置方式,通过大量试验测定了除雾器的压力降和速度,利用水平衡法计算了除雾效率,分析了除雾器气流速度、布置方式对除雾效率的影响及气流速度和压力降的关系,为该型除雾器的工业化应用提供了很有价值的参考依据。After an analysis of mist elimination principles and in connection with the different layouts of demisters the pressure drop and air flow speed of demistors were measured through numerous tests. Demisting efficiency was calculated with the use of a water balance method. The influence of air flow speed and layout modes of a demistor on its efficiency was analyzed, and the relationship between the air flow speed and pressure drop identified. The results of the above work can serve as a very useful guide and reference for the industrial application of the type of demistors under discussion.
