摘　　要：通过在用冶金起重机卷筒断轴事故分析,揭示了冶金起重机发生卷筒断轴事故的原因,为冶金起重机设计、制造、使用环节提供了值得借鉴的依据。为了帮助用户消除冶金起重机发生的故障,提出了设备管理、日常维护措施。By drum shaft-broken accident analysis on a using metallurgic crane, this paper reveals the reasons of shaft-broken accident,which offers some material used for reference to the design ,manufacture and use of the metallurgic crane. In order to avoid such accident,equipment management and daily maintenance measures are put forward.
