摘　　要：利益团体参与立法有利于促进立法的民主、科学。在我国利益团体参与立法具有一定的法源空间,但现行制度存有诸多缺陷,有待完善。我国的社会团体因缺乏应有的独立性、自愿性和非政府性,不能满足其承担的利益表达职能的需要。For interest groups to participate in legislation, it＇ s helpful to pronmote the democratic and scientific legislation. China has certain room of legal system for their participation. However, there are many shortcomings in the actual system, which needs to be improved. In addition, China＇s social groups are short of independence, voluntary consciousness and the nature of non- government so that they cannot undertake the responsibilities of interest expression well.
