摘　　要：目的:探讨载脂蛋白A5(ApoA5)基因-1131T>C多态性位点各等位基因分布频率及其与血脂的关系。方法:应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)及琼脂糖凝胶电泳,对255名湖北地区健康汉族人群ApoA5-1131T>C多态性及等位基因频率进行检测,并对其血脂进行分析。结果:TT型出现的频率最高(51%),TC型与CC型出现的频率分别为32.9%及16.1%;等位基因T出现的频率(0.675)大于C(0.325)。C等位基因携带者TG水平明显高于非携带者(P<0.01);且女性C携带者TG水平与男性相比差异具有显著性。结论:湖北汉族人群ApoA5-1131C等位基因发生的频率较高,且与TG水平升高有关,这种关联在女性更为密切。Objective: To explore the relationship between the polymorphism of apolipoprotein A5 gene -1131T>C and the levels of serum lipids.Method: 255 Hubei han subjects were collected to determine the genotypes by using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragments length polymorphisms(PCR-RFLP).Results: The frequency of -1131TT genotype was 51%,far more than that of -1131TC and -1131CC genotypes(32.9% and 16.1% respectively). The number of T allele carrier was higher than that of C,the rate of which were 0.675 and 0.325 respectively. Compared to ApoA5 -1131T carriers,the the level of TG in C allele carriers was higher (P<0.01).Moreover,the level of which in women with C was distinctively higher than that in man (P<0.01).Conclusion: The polymorphism of ApoA5 Gene was associated with the higher level of TG,and the ApoA5 -1131C was common allele in Hubei han.
